From WAR Tumeroks: A Warhammer Online Wiki Guide

Equipment is the term used for items that can be equipped by a character. Some items have binding restrictions such as Bind on Equip (BoE) and Bind on Pickup (BoP). Quest items, Influence Rewards, and Renown items have all been made BoP.
