Starting near Ralkuth's Return, search throughout Shadowmarch to find Dreadblight Channelers. Order them to rendezvous with Dread Lady Lunira north of the Menhir for the ritual.
Speak with Sinar at Ralkuth's Return when done.

You can find one due west of Ralkuth's Return on the edge of a cliff at 22272, 39398, another one at the SE corner of the suggested area 22020, 39621, one south of the SE corner, and one at 2560,39834 just south of the ch 7 ship PQ.
It has been suggested that you may be better off just camping 1 spot than running all over the map. It takes about 1-2 minutes for respawn.
