Travel to the Whiteclaw Cavern just north of Lionhome Lodge and use Kilraena's Parchment to speak the Word of Pain. Slay any who would prevent you from accomplishing your mission. Once the Word of Pain has been spoken, interrogate the Saphery Windweaver for additional information.
