Where you stand you can see where the wagon treads converge into a line heading west. The trail seems fresh. There is no time to inform Stormwalk of your discovery. If you hurry you may be able to save dozens of lives that many had already considered lost - a rare prospect in such a terrible war.

Follow the tracks to the prisoner camp east of the caravan. Slay the guards and retrieve keys from the wardens to free captive Elves. Return to Sethys Stormwalk at the Shining Guard camp in Reaversrping when done.
